Alex Astengo - South African Operations
Alex was the former Commercial and Finance director of a
venture capital backed media and gaming group.
During his tenure, he was responsible for the successful
transition and implementation of the finance and other
administrative functions of the group from London to
South Africa.
Prior to that, he spent three years with Insignia Richard Ellis as Associate Director in Corporate Finance. His role
encompassed structuring, negotiating and implementing
numerous mergers and acquisitions.
He holds an honours degree in Accounting and qualified as
a Chartered Accountant in South Africa.

Chris O' Connor - UK Operations
Chris has operated his own management consultancy for
fifteen years specialising in the development of management
accounting systems. In the last three years his consultancy
has focused on management accounting systems for
property managers and owners, including listed property
companies, major funds and leading global property
advisors.
Prior to that Chris held various executive financial positions
in manufacturing, distribution and retail companies.
He qualified as a Chartered Accountant in the UK in 1974.
