A Back Office signed on as a FNB Instant Accounting'(IA)' partner in 2010, being one of the first accounting partners to do so. The FNB system allows us to work with our clients in an efficient way and suited our online accounting business model. The online software is offered free to all FNB customers and is very easy to use. Instant Accounting has a direct link to the customers FNB bank account and all bank transactions are automatically transferred to the accounting system, where you can create rules to allocate the transactions to the relevant ledger accounts. This allows for a major saving in time especially for recurring transactions. The system includes management reports, VAT reports and the ability to create invoices and email them. Our staff are fully trained in the system and we have created templates for import of journals for salaries and depreciation, which also enables rapid turnaround of accounting information.
